TREASURER’S REPORT
Balance: $2,765.42

MEMBERSHIP REPORT
Gary Avery was elected as the new Membership Chairman and the changes to the membership dues structure was voted on and approved as well. The club by-laws will need to be updated to reflect the change. Gary will send an initial e-mail to all current members indicating that effective 2/1/24 all memberships will transition to calendar year due 1/1 each year. This email will explain the transition. 2nd email will go to all individuals whose memberships have lapsed indicating that when they renew their cost will be $____ which will bring their membership current through December 2024. As people’s memberships come due throughout 2024 they will be notified of their prorated amount to pay to bring them to 1/1/25 OR they can pay that amount plus all of 2025.

MISCELLANEOUS:
Board Meetings – location for March 7, 2024 meeting will be at Moose. Need to discuss future locations. **Christmas Party – Lauren to reserve Moose and her neighborhood clubhouse for 12/14/24 Christmas Party
Beach Bash – Registrations – 135 sold – approximately $16,000 raised
Social Events – Several activities/outings were suggested:

Zero-K for Dreams Come True
Pirate Ship in St. Augustine
Beach Bowl – once re-opened
Escape to Margaritaville at Alhambra in May
Bar Crawl in Neptune Beach
Possible participation in re-naming of A1A to Jimmy Buffett Memorial Highway
Charlie Yelton – our beloved Charter MAL passed on 1/29/24. At some point, we will need to vote on a new Charter MAL. Those eligible are Lori Yelton, Dave Ranney, Mary Kay Ranney, Donna Doane and Lisa Cooprider
